What a great weekend

Nels learned how to ride his bike without training wheels. (Pictures coming soon.) Someone tell me, is the period before or after?

He memorized his scripture and presented it rather well in Primary today. He also said a very well thought out prayer. (His first time speaking in public in a formal situation.)

We made about 12 dozen cookies and took them to friends. I think several of them really appreciated it. That makes me feel good.

Yeah Nels!! Maybe one day your mom will teach you how to play cops in the circle. You might need to wait until cody, siah and I come home, and we can all play. We just need that pink flowered banana seat bike back. Then it will be the good ole times!
Good work on the scripture and prayer. You might as well give a talk in sacrament mtg.!
Pep, I believe the period goes outside of the paren.
Maybe you can make me cookies.

How old is Nels? 3? That is very advanced for no training wheels. The period goes inside the parenths in these instances. You did it right. Make ME cookies!

Oh, I can just see cute Nels giving the scripture and prayer! I'll bet ALL of the people you delivered cookies to appreciated them. Feel free to add me to the "Want some cookies" list.

12 dozen!!!! I can only imagine how many pounds of flour and sugar you must have gone through.

Amy, have you ever seen the flour and sugar tubs at my parents' house? They aren't the wimpy canisters like most people put on their counters. One day, when I have a bigger house, I will have the containers my mom has, since every time I refill my canisters, I spill sugar all over. Spilling sugar all over=crunchiness for a long time when I walk.
